How can I change email addresses attached to my Telpay account?
In order to change the email address used for confirmation in your Telpay for Business™ software, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Log into Telpay for Business™ using your Access Number and PIN.
Step 2: From the main menu, click on ‘System Administration’.
Step 3: A new window will display your company’s business information. The confirmation email address can be changed by editing the ‘Telpay confirmation emails will be sent to:’ field. Click OK.
Please note that the current confirmation email address will be advised of any changes made.
Step 4: Under ‘Transmission’ click on ‘Review and/or Transmit Payments’. Enter your Authorized Officer’s Password, or email for approval.
Step 5: Click ‘Send Information’.
