Setting Up Your Account Profile and Password

In order to activate your account, you'll need to follow the link in your email to set up your password.

Example:  Email sent to Primary User and Approvers (Signing Officers)

Personal Information

Login to Telpay. Depending on your role within the organization you've been invited to, you'll need to fill out some personal information about your position. These mandatory fields follow strict KYC, AML, and ATF policies outlined by FINTRAC.
