Payment requests are emailed to team members with Approver permissions.
Navigate to the Approval Requests, select Bills, Pay Runs, or User Management - depending on which you need to review.
Click the corresponding file you are reviewing. You can now inspect each payment, select all for approval, or reject and approve payments, pay runs on an individual level.
If you choose to reject a payment, you can add comments mentioning why so that the person entering the payments your payables rep can adjust the payment on their side. The payment will be returned to them to make the correction.
When you have completed your selection you can then press continue and view the final values of the file.
Selecting complete with transmit the payments to Telpay, assign a session number, notify all parties involved in the flow, and make reporting details available in the reporting section.
