Bank Info Highlighted in Yellow or Red

My employee’s bank info is highlighted in yellow? Red?

If the banking information appears in yellow this employee has an older account number or may bank with a credit union. The Telpay software does not recognize old account numbers or some credit union account numbers. If you are certain the bank info is correct it will still be deposited correctly.

If the account is highlighted in red it is an invalid account. The Telpay software will only accept chequing or saving type accounts and recognizes specific bank account patterns. You cannot process a payroll file with a red highlighted account.
