If Telpay contacts a new biller and sends a cheque to them, are we charged for that cheque since it is the first one attempting to get banking information, or do we still have to pay the $3.00 for each new biller needing to be added?
Yes, each subsequent cheque payment will be charged the fee. Once Telpay collects banking information and sets them up on our end, the next time you pay them the fee is only $0.60 for electronic payments.
