Please note if you have upgraded to Windows 8.1 and are currently using Telpay for Business, 6.6.154 please do the following:
By default the Telpay for Business software installs into the C:\BILLPAY folder on your computer. In that folder is the WININET.DLL file, please select the file, right click on it and rename the file to WININET.OLD
Right click on your current Telpay for Business icon, choose properties and check to see what the current Target Path is set to in order to find the correct path.
