Direct Deposit Not Received

How long does it take until I know if a deposit has been rejected?

Telpay will notify you once the bank has returned the item. The time frame varies by bank but, it is generally known within two to three business days. If an employee indicates that they did not receive the direct deposit you can contact Telpay Customer Care and request that the item be traced.
