Guaranteed Funds

Are the funds we receive guaranteed?

Business to business payments are guaranteed to the extent that we normally do not forward these funds until the bill payer has provided the funds to us. If the debit to the customer is returned by the bank we will notify you immediately and offer to make one attempt to collect the payment. If it is not paid we will ask you to refund the payment and utilize your own collection process as you would for payments made directly to yourself.
