We have employees in other countries. How are they paid if we don't have a Canadian bank account number for their payroll deposits?
You can make international payments to employees. You will need to register with Payline, Telpay's third-party provider for exchange rates. Once you have registered with Payline, you can download the international payment module in Telpay for Business. The international payment must be entered as a bill payment right into the Telpay software, you cannot auto-import these types of payments.
