Can I import a Pre-Authorized Debit/Collections file from my accounting software?

No, collection files have to be keyed directly in to the Telpay software, they cannot be imported.

Once the first file is created, you can reuse the file information on your next session and eliminate the need to enter the same information every time you process a collection file. 

TIP: print the File Review page in the software for a breakdown of your collection file to refer to for future file processing.
