We've improved the connection stability with our International Payment partner, Payline by ICE.
Step 1. Ensure you have Telpay for Business v6.6.158 installed.
Step 2: Uninstall the existing International Payments Module
a) Open Control Panel and then select “Uninstall a program”
b) Uninstall every instance of the Telpay International Payments Module that may appear:
Step 3: Install the International Payments Module
a) Launch Telpay for Business v6.6.158
b) After you log in, Open "International Payment Settings"
c) Click on "Download Module Now"
d) The software will be downloaded from Telpay's server.
e) Click OK on the installation message window.
f) Click "Next" in the first window of the installer, then "finish" when it is complete.
g) You will need to re-launch the Telpay for Business software.
