Linking a New Authenticator or Device

1. Ask your Company Admin or Approver to reset your two-factor authentication requirements by navigating to Company Preferences Users and Roles.

 

2. Select the user who wishes to link a new authenticator or device.

 

3. Select 'Reset' in the User Information window.

4. Selecting 'Reset' will only require the system to re-authenticate that specific user. All other users will still use their current two-factor authentication method.
