COVID-19 - Telpay Business Continuity Plan

To Our Valued Customers and Partners,

As the concerns with the COVID-19 outbreak continues to intensify, we wanted to assure you that we are closely monitoring the situation and are taking actions based on guidance and recommendations from the Public Health Agency of Canada.

We have a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan that ensures our service and your payments are not interrupted.

We take this responsibility seriously and are committed to the continuity of service. Our Business Continuity Plan, which has been in place for years, is tested bi-annually and anticipates this type of impact. It allows us to remotely run our entire process from processing payments, collections, and payrolls daily. In the event that Canada Post halts operations, we will not be able to process cheque payments to your vendors. You can mitigate these interruptions by entering your vendors. banking information into Telpay for Business so they can be paid electronically.

The welfare of our customers, partners, employees and the community are important to us, and we'll keep you updated with the latest information. Also, we encourage you to continue to follow the necessary standard precautions outlined by the federal and provincial health agencies to minimize the spread of the illness.

Please reach out to our Customer Care Team at 1-800-665-0302 at any time should you have questions.  As situations change or new information becomes available that affects our business continuity plan; we will send updates on this page.

On behalf of the entire Telpay team, we extend our best wishes to all who may be affected by this event.
