Telpay for Business Software V7.08 & QuickBooks Dekstop

The recent update for the Telpay For Business software may cause an issue with the automatic imports of payroll and bill payments from Quickbooks. The following steps will resolve the issue .

 

NOTE: In order for the following instructions to work, you will need to be logged into your Quickbooks company file as the “Admin” user.

 

After updating the Telpay software, during your first import, you will be prompted to add new certificates into Quickbooks. The certificate window looks like this:

Simply select the 3rd option down and click Continue and the next screen will appear:

After you click Yes, you can proceed with the import. During the import, this certificate window will likely appear again. Follow the same steps as above to add the 2nd certificate into Quickbooks. Once that is done, the import will continue successfully.
